Terms of Service

1. Introduction

miniHoarding is a hyperlocal rating and advertising platform. Customers scan a QR code at local shops, stalls, or retail outlets to submit a rating out of 5 stars. Vendors do not have login accounts. Their profiles are created manually by miniHoarding.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using miniHoarding — scanning a QR code, submitting a rating, viewing vendor profiles, or advertising through the platform — you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Use of the Platform

Your usage must follow these rules:

• You must submit honest and genuine ratings.
• Abusive, hateful, harmful, or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
• You may not spam ratings or misuse QR codes.
• You may not attempt to manipulate a vendor’s rating.

4. Vendor Profiles

Vendors do not sign up or manage accounts. miniHoarding creates their profiles manually based on publicly available business information.

Vendors and customers can freely view the profile and ratings — everything on the platform is public.

Vendors cannot demand removal or alteration of genuine customer ratings unless they violate our content guidelines.

5. Customer Ratings & Feedback

Ratings submitted by customers are stored anonymously.

miniHoarding reserves the right to remove ratings that:

• Try to defame a vendor's reputation
• Violate local laws
• Are spam or clear manipulation attempts

6. Brand Advertising

Every QR stand includes an advertising space occupying the bottom 3/4th area. Advertisers may display brand messages, offers, or promotions.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their content:

• Is lawful
• Does not infringe on trademarks or copyrights
• Does not contain harmful or misleading claims
• Complies with all applicable advertising standards

7. Data Usage & Privacy

miniHoarding does not collect personal information. Rating data is anonymous and used only for:

• Displaying vendor ratings
• Improving vendor quality scores
• Aggregate analytics for advertisers

8. Platform Availability

miniHoarding strives for uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance or unexpected issues may temporarily affect accessibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, QR stand layouts, and digital content belong to miniHoarding. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

miniHoarding is not liable for:

• Customer opinions expressed in ratings
• Vendor disputes with customers
• Losses arising from advertising campaigns

All ratings are user-generated and represent customer experiences, not miniHoarding’s views.

11. Termination of Access

miniHoarding may suspend or restrict platform access to anyone violating these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

miniHoarding may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
